We Put COVID Safety First

COVID-19 has triggered the need to recruit many volunteers, especially as we continue receiving daily requests to help people make home.

Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to make volunteering as safe as possible:
  • We disinfect frequently touched surfaces throughout the day with CDC approved cleaning solutions.
  • Bathrooms are fully cleaned and disinfected weekly, and everyone is asked to wipe surfaces with disinfectant after use.
In late November, we installed in-duct air purifiers in all four of our active HVAC units, and upgraded our HVAC filters to MERV 13. We maintain constant air circulation in the building and through the filters and air purifiers by running the HVAC fans continuously during operating hours.

We require all volunteers to follow basic safety guidelines:
  • Maintain safe social distance of at least 6 feet
  • Wear an appropriate mask covering the nose and mouth
  • Wash hands with soap, frequently, for at least 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer.
