Yes, the Concord-Carlisle Patriots may have beaten the Bedford Buccaneers during the annual Thanksgiving Day game. But the real winners were Household Goods clients, as people attending the game generously contributed to the Game Day Towel Drive with new or gently used towels to donate.
Two full boxes – over 50 towels! – were delivered to Household Goods after the game and definitely made a dent in the 7,000 towels needed each year. You can be sure they were quickly sorted and put out on the shelves for clients coming through the next week.
