Household Goods, Inc., a not for profit organization in Acton, seeks a permanent full-time volunteer coordinator.
Each year volunteers work over 40,000 hours to help people make a home. The volunteer coordinator is responsible for matching volunteers with volunteer opportunities to ensure that the organization is adequately staffed to meet client and donor needs.
Other responsibilities include coordinating volunteer groups maintaining volunteer data base and generating reports. The volunteer coordinator will work Tuesday-Saturday. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays.
Must be proficient in MS Office and willing and able to learn the volunteer database. Must be extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
