Psychologist Martin E. P. Seligman in his latest book, Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-being, submits that an individual person possesses a sense of “well-being” if he or she is supported by five elements called PERMA: Positive emotion, Engagement, positive Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment.
